Clear requirements, incremental delivery, testing and regular communication. A small integration needs less ceremony than a new product, so we scale the process to fit.
We learn about your business, users and constraints, and agree on the problem the software needs to solve.
02
Plan
We turn goals into prioritized requirements, identify risks and integrations early, and agree how we will measure progress.
03
Design
We define the architecture, data model and user flows, and review interface designs with you before building them.
04
Develop
We build in small increments you can review regularly, with code reviews and readable, documented code.
05
Test
Automated tests cover critical paths, and each increment is checked against its acceptance criteria before release.
06
Deploy
We set up repeatable deployments, environment configuration and monitoring so releases are routine rather than risky.
07
Improve
After launch we review real usage, fix issues and plan the next set of improvements with you.

Demonstration projects
These demonstration projects show the kind of systems we design and build. They are not client engagements; approved client case studies will be published here as they become available.

SaaS Operations Dashboard
A multi-tenant admin and reporting dashboard that gives a SaaS team one place to see accounts, subscriptions and product usage.
We build custom software and SaaS products, Node.js backends and APIs, React and Next.js frontends, third-party API integrations, business automation (including AI-assisted workflows where they fit), and cloud deployment and CI/CD. See all services.
Can you help build an MVP?
Yes. We help you decide what the first release must include to test your idea, build it, and set up foundations — authentication, data model, billing hooks, deployment — that you can extend later. Our guide on planning a SaaS MVP explains how we approach scope.
Do you work with international clients?
Yes. Our team is based in India and works remotely with clients in other countries, with a focus on the United States. We agree on meeting times and communication channels at the start of each engagement.
Can you extend an existing application?
Yes. We start by reviewing the codebase, architecture and deployment setup, then agree on how we will work within your conventions before adding features or making improvements.
Can you integrate with our existing business systems?
In most cases, yes — provided the systems offer an API, webhooks, or another reliable way to exchange data. We confirm what each system supports early, because it shapes the design. See API integration.
How does the development process work?
We move through discovery, planning, design, development, testing, deployment and improvement, delivering in small increments you can review. The process adapts to the project — a small integration needs less ceremony than a new product. Read more about our process.
How are projects estimated?
Estimates depend on scope, complexity, integrations, and requirements such as security or data migration. After an initial conversation we can usually give a range, and we refine it once requirements are clearer. We don’t publish fixed prices because no two projects are the same.
Can you provide ongoing maintenance?
Yes. We can continue after launch with fixes, dependency and security updates, performance work and new features. The scope of ongoing support is agreed per project.
How can I discuss my project with TekSquads?
Use the contact form to tell us what you’re building or what needs to improve. We’ll review it and reply by email to arrange a conversation.
